What you do if your ex showed up at your house unannounced?

I would be seriously bothered, feeling my spaces violated. But I would anyway accept him to understand why the need to do such a thing instead of advising first, if it's an emergency or something, implying that I want a valid reason for that. If the reason is just:"I miss you, give me another chance", then I would refuse, underlining that this method is abusive. After that I would stay worried forever since it could happen again, and I would suspect of anyone ringing my bell, maybe I'd try to keep the lights low and to be silent to be always ready to pretend to not be at home etc.
I've no problem in meeting my exes again, but by first advising and talking online or with a call. Popping up on my door with no advise is something that must really have an extremely valid reason, even difficult to imagine.

Depends on the ex. Most I'm still friends with, and I'd just invite them in for coffee or tea. The few exceptions would be met with a stone wall, go away... And in at least one case they would be met with steel in hand, "you have 10 seconds to leave my property or I'll release the dogs."

Depends on which ex.. If it's the one I was with before my wife, I'd get my shotgun and make it clear if she didn't leave she would die.. Anyone else I might figure out what they want.

3rd ex: tell him to go fuck himself
4th ex: be really confused why he wants to see me
5th ex: “are you here to pay me back, you ungrateful mooch?”

That has happen plenty and I honestly hate it.. Just have to politely tell your ex That you don’t appreciate the unannounced visits.. You’ll really appreciate if they can respect your space.. Just say it in a calmly manner and see how they handle that

The first one aaaaalways did that. It was annoying and i used to hurrily answer the door like a lost pup. Took some years to get over that. Now any other ex would be left standing there and i’d continue to watch tv

Depends on which Ex. Could invite them in, could close the door and laugh, could lock the door, arm myself, and call the cops.

Depends on which one. If it was my first ex, we would have a long talk because I have some things I'd love to figure out and I would want to know why she is there. If it was my second ex I'd tell her to leave or deal with the police.

depends. if you realize you still like them let them and have a chat with them and see if they still like you. if you dont like them anymore or things ended really badly just make up an excuse like"im sorry, i got people round"even if you dont.
