Who benefits more dumpee or dumper?

Like do you beleive the dumpee comes out stronge assuming it was a stable relationship and no one cheated etc

The dumpee comes out stronger. Their image is also better because everyone takes a dig at the dumper but comfort the dumpee.

most of the time the dumper is able to move on to another relationship faster than the dumpee, so yeah. you get the point.
