What are the signs you're with a toxic partner?

"toxic is when they can't let you go, but they can't treat you right either". do you agree?

im in a relationship with my girlfriend for almost a year. there are always arguments in a relationship, but when we argue, it completely seems like she doesn't care at all. she can go days without texting me (this happened once), she ignores me completely and texts me hours later despite being online (this happened once when we didn't even fight). I was shocked when we mentioned the words "I care about you and I dont want to lose you". it was hard to believe because of the patterns she's shown me. I do lover her. I don't know what I want to hear or what I need to do.

after all that has happened between me and my girlfriend, I dont really expect anything anymore.
