Guy won't stop pursuing me after two years!

This guy likes me. He won't quit! It's frustrating because I DO NOT like him back in that way AT ALL. No chance. He can't even speak English that well (just moved to America a few years ago), and he can't spell either. He is 10 years older than me, and I'm not even attracted to his looks! I want to delete him on facebook because he won't quit pursuing me after me saying no politely! Like, when I met him two years ago, he gave me his number, and invited me for stuff and I never even texted or called him. Now two years later and he won't give up! Gives me his number again and tells me to call him, like wtf? He can't get the message? I wanna delete him off my fb because he is starting to make me feel uncomfortable and I feel like he just googles at my pics when he can and the thought of that disturbs me but I feel guilty if I delete people off my fb.. idk. :/

Lol, well here is the thing. He's stubborn. It won't go through his thick head! I told him when I first met him two years ago that I like him as just a friend, that's it... and nothing more and he replied "what are you talking about? We are all just friends!"... in his language.. and I also speak that language he speaks as well.. not going to state what it is. But anyways, like he calls me "my dear" and "my beautiful" all the time in his language when he speaks to me.. like whatever...
