My girlfriend is gaining weight. What can I do?

So since me and my girlfriend started dating she's slowely but steadily been packing on pounds... She started out at 150 lbs and now she's at like 170 lbs. She's 5'3". Does anyone have any ideas what could I do?

Does physical appearance matter to you a lot? If she's your girlfriend then i guess there is more to just sex and physical appearances right? I wouldn't mind if my girlfriend gained weight as i love her a lot. She's also 5'3". If she's just gaining weight and you want her to retain her figure just tell her to lower down on the carbs (in a FUNNY way) haha! You would not want to upset her. She would get it. Go to the gym. And take her with you say its cause you dont wanna do it alone. Honestly that's not a major change in weight unless it was rapid. Which usually means a hormone change. If that's the case it's not her fault. She is growing and changing. Its gonna happen. And if she isn't worried about it dont be either unless it gets out of hand.

Remember sex is the best work out.

Just love and support her. Her weight is none of your business. So what if she gained 20 lbs? Lots of girls gain weight at that age, I gained 50lbs in college so far and have never felt better.

Suggest active dates/activities and pick healthy restaurants to order from.

You can talk to her but you can not force her to lose weight. It’s her body so she decides whether she wants to lose weight or not. If she does want to lose weight, support her and go on active dates do you can spend quality time while exercising.

Invite her for running dates!! Or if you don’t like running think of something else that you guys can do together to loose weight!

The trick to this is, telling her that you wanna go “run”, “hike”, “jog” etc. Try not to bring up the word “exercise” it might offend her in a way and she might not want to do it. Also, the key is you need to start eating healthy and working out first so she is motivated to do it.
