My girlfriend is gaining weight. I like her body now but I don't want her to get huge. What could I do to restrain her from gaining much more?

My girlfriend has gained over 25 pounds over the summer. She quit smoking and started to eat way more and exercise less. She already was on the thick side before but now she's packed on a fat belly and love handles that jiggle and bounce over her jeans and tight tops that ride up as she hasn't replaced her wardrobe.

People have noticed, more than a few have asked if she's pregnant. Her mother is very critical. We went to visit her family and her mother told her that her fat was hanging out of her shirt when we arrived. At some point her shirt rode up and her mom poked her and grabbed a handful of belly. She gave it a little shake, "oh my God" and gave her a raised eyebrow. My girlfriend turned so red and just quickly pulled her shirt down. She later told me she had never felt so fat before.

I know she's embarrassed that she's got so heavy, but she's got used to eating more, and exercise is more difficult now, so she continues to gain. I still feel attracted to her because weight has gone to all the right places. Her thighs, hips, butt and belly have gotten so soft and heavy. Her thighs and butt has gotten delightfully thick and jiggly, even if with noticeable cellulite. When she's on top of me I can feel her jiggling like crazy. She's heavier, with thick rolls to grab from any direction. Her boobs are bigger too. So I think she's still sexy but I don't want her to be over 200 pounds or anything. It's complicated I guess.
