I am a guy want to meet someone and the environment around me is not suitable.. I am shy and good guy trying to have a relationship even on dating app and maybe don't know how to break ice or be attractive.. I am too calm and sometimes "freezy" ..

You are thinking too much on this..
It's better if you try and be casual as you always be with your other friends.
Have more humour and try bring in more maturity as well.
If you are meeting or dating someone dont make a target of direct relation. First be a good friend and share and listen to your partner.
No relation develops in a day it requires time for developing trust and faith.
So have patience and dont think too much rather just be normal.

You do not need to become loud or super confident, you just need to practice talking to people more often without putting so much pressure on yourself.
Start small by making short conversations with strangers, joining activities, and asking simple questions instead of trying to impress people.
Being calm is not unattractive, but being afraid to express yourself will keep people from getting to know you.
