If it was 2 girls yeah. I wouldn't want another guy i would get hella jealous. If it's a girl i cannot complain cause if i was a girl i would be lesbian myself and i really won't be jealous that my Partner is smart enough to be so herself and feel like she wants a guy and girl. If i was bi i know myself would probably want both lmao Because both girl and guy well do different things in bed. Not only that 3 living together defo makes tax a bit better. Honestly sounds like a pretty good deal. For me longs if my partner ain't with another guy it's cool. I may still get a bit jealous at first or awkward.
But then i feel this would be the same for a girl they wouldn't want you with another girl so they would say no unless if your with a guy which ofc i wouldn't be cause i am into only girls. So i am guessing this would never happen.
