What are the benefits of living in a high rise apartment?

I’m 28 and never lived without roommates before! But I’m looking at this studio with a balcony and floor to ceiling windows with a great view of the city skyline. But I know logistically living on the 19th floor could get annoying. Do you think for this time in my life it might be fun though? Who knows how long I’ll be single for and ever get to do this? I would want to stay here for two years maybe. I also have a kitty and not sure how he’d like a high rise. Thoughts? Have you ever done it?
