It definitely does!! It shows that you're capable of fending for yourself and solving problems when. I find that very attractive.

It's not a dealbreaker or something important for me.

It would be nice and come in "handy" lol but definitely not a deal breaker...
It's whether he's genuine, trustworthy, honest, loyal, loving, and lovable that matters.Well it would be nice... but to be honest I don't really mind! I am kind of the "handyman" in the relationship and I'm good at it lol! My partner not so much... I don't think I will have the patience to sit and watch while it could be done much quicker by myself! In general it would be nixe though... four hands are better than two! 😊
I would prefer them to know how to use their hands. Im an electrician, im quite familiar with tools. I dont want to feel like im “the man” in the relationship. But if I had no experience with tools, I would prefer him to know some basic stuff, having a little elements of a handyman is a major turn on! :)
I always found dudes who did carpentry/construction or car mechanical repairs hot. But a lot of dudes spend too much time on it, so nah its not a requirement
I think it's really precious when guys are "handymen", never mind helpful and useful. But my cold heart somewhat melted when my partner fixed my messed up bicycle for me, was really sweet seeing him work on it, all focused.
I don't really care. Hopefully he doesn't think he's above changing a lightbulb. He doesn't have to know how to do everything, but I'm from a family that fixes everything we can on our own so I'm more inclined to try before calling someone.
They are skills that are extremely practical so I value them highly. They wouldn't have an influence on chosing a Partner for me because I'm learning them myself.
I voted this way for though I am a woman I am a - do it yourselfer - too ! for there is not always any one to help me out much around my house that knows how to do this and that ! thanks
A guy who can fix stuff around the house is attractive. Unfortunately, a lot of guys don't do that because of tech jobs, unless they do it as a side thing.
I would like for him to be skillful and self-sufficient of course.
It would save us a lot of money on repairs but it isn’t necessary. It can be learned.
