+1 yAbsolutely not.. All time can do is give you the time to learn how to live with it, live past it... And also depends how deep the wound goes. That's why it's called "the walking wounded"... We all have wounds we're walking around with... Just some more readily admit to it. While others deny thinking it makes them look weak... Whereas the "Real Strength" lies in carrying on through life, wounds and all... "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" or so they say... Well damn, by now I should have Superman Strength 🤷🏼♀️

u +1 yI will answer assuming that you are referring to broken hearts. It is not time that heals the heart. It is the recollection upon the relationship, the contemplation of what went wrong and what went right, the recognition that the relationship has truly come to an end, acceptance, and then determination to again experience that joy with a different partner. All of those steps take time, but if you don't engage yourself in that process, time by itself will heal nothing.
Are you still mending your heart?42 Reply- +1 y

No, it does not.
My first girlfriend broke my heart 41 years ago.
My love for her morphed into hate decades ago, but it still hurts.
My second girlfriend broke my heart in an even worse way. I still think of her and, every time that I do, a knife goes through my heart.
When I walked in on girlfriend #3 screwing Harley MacBadBoy (there really was a Harley Davidson parked outside) I did not feel any pain.
It was at the point that I realised that I was no longer capable of feeling romantic love for a female.20 Reply1.5K opinions shared on Relationships topic. yes 100% but that don't say time heals all wounds fully. If it said heals all wounds fully then no. Because things can always stay with us. And we all get scars on the way. But time does indeed heal are wounds even if just slightly. And if you want to take it down further in a way it heals everything because once your dead you cannot think of the pain no more therefore it is gone but so is everything else.

+1 yYes and no. It does diminish all wounds to the point that you can forget about them until something triggers your memory, and over time, the emotions associated with that memory become faded, but never truly disappear.
That alone can allow us to reflect on a painful moment with mild sadness instead of despair, and with some nostalgia instead of bitterness.10 Reply Only if you can let go of the things that has wounded you. If you hold on to something you won't heal or it will at least take you more time to do so.

00 Reply6.7K opinions shared on Relationships topic. Sorry, but it's not. Some people are badly traumatized and need more than time. But sure, if it's just the wound from being dumped, that will be fixed when the next one comes along.

+1 yNo. Talking about it to others who then relay the messages and/or explain the root cause of it and absolve you of responsibility does.
Time is entirely irrelevant (and wasted if you keep it all to yourself)10 ReplyNo but life experience can learn you the skills to live with them,
11 ReplyTime does not heal anything.
Its just a phrase used to tell people, so as to encourage them to look forward.10 Reply446 opinions shared on Relationships topic. No. Some wounds may hurt less over time, but some wounds may never heal.
20 Reply967 opinions shared on Relationships topic. Simple

00 Reply504 opinions shared on Relationships topic. Time heals a wound of any kind but if the wound is deep enough and you heal it with time alone and no stitches you risk a massive scar that's easier wounded again.
Don't rely just on time to heal your wounds go and get the stitches you need.00 Reply- 457 opinions shared on Relationships topic.
+1 yNo it just lets them fester and become gangrenous until they erupt
10 Reply Time heals, but even so, some wounds are so deep that the scars will never fade.
10 ReplyHeck no. I used to say yes but now the answer is definitely no.
11 ReplyTime doesn't heat gunshot wounds; you need a surgeon for that.
10 ReplyIt just covers them up and hides them! It doesn’t necessarily heal them

+1 yI thought gin and tonics healed all wounds. Maybe it is time that could heal. Hmmm Ahh who cares it's time for a gin and tonic! Gotta love Mondays!

+1 yI think as long as you are actively trying to heal them yes but if you just ignore them expect them to go away it can actually leave a big gaping hole
00 Reply2.4K opinions shared on Relationships topic. Time does heal wounds but not all of them. However, time can teach you how to deal with pain of the wounds when they come
00 Reply1.8K opinions shared on Relationships topic. No, it is not true. Most people who survived the Holocaust never completely healed. Combat veterans can suffer from PTSD for the rest of their lives. Many parents never recover from the deaths of their children. The list goes on.
00 Reply1.3K opinions shared on Relationships topic. No, some emotional wounds never heal, throughout a whole lifetime.
10 ReplyNot heals but also transform it into strength. Just you have to deal with it in the right way. Or it will make you worse then your expectations.
Just chill with it focus on career.00 ReplyNope. The wounds that time can't heal, turn to scars.

You need to do the healing, it takes time and effort, with a grain of patience

+1 yNot at all. Time just makes them easier to live with.
00 Reply955 opinions shared on Relationships topic. No. It's your mind. Life is too short to lose more time to grieve about already lost time.
00 Reply920 opinions shared on Relationships topic. no. it heals most wounds but not all. in fact it makes some wounds bigger or worse than it was. it also is the cause of some wounds.

+1 yNot all wounds. Emotional wounds are almost impossible to heal. You could think you're healed and one small thing could set you right back. Triggers are real.

+1 yThats What I been told but depends on how deep the scar runs.

+1 yHope. Time only heals those that are willing to move from their past. As long as you're stagnanted in the past you will never move forward.

+1 yIn the terms of hundreds of years, all human pain is irrelevant. The planet however, might not recover.
00 ReplyTime CAN heal all wounds. Doesn't necessarily heal all wounds for everyone though.

+1 yTime might heal most wounds, but there are wounds that linger till death. So unless we consider death as healing, the answer is "No."
00 ReplyI’d say a death of close family member may dull but never go away completely
10 ReplyNope not even remotely. Some injuries are continuous and time will only offer remission.
00 Reply687 opinions shared on Relationships topic. Definitely not all of them but for minor lacerations and even some pretty serious emotional damage it works but usually not the most effective method.
