What can I do to improve my self-love?

I dont like my looks and I dont see why any woman would either.
Buuuut talking to girls has proofed myself wrong. More girls than I've ever dreamed of have called me cute.
There is really no bad blows to my self esteem trying to date so far. When I like a girl and she turns out to suck or is flat out rude to me it's still raises my self esteem. I think wow i was worried what she thinks?
I thought wy to highly of all women so experiencing the mean ones make me realize they aren't so great, they aren't as high up as I thought and I'm not as low I thought.
Of course the nice girls who after a decent conversation let me down nice and easy cause I'm just not what they want help too.
Just realize that everything you do starts with you.

What I say to love yourself more is do things to improve your self-image, maybe get a new hairstyle, buy a new body spray that smells good, buy yourself some little thing to make you feel better, even new pair of pants, new skirt, new shirt?

Live a heathly lifestyle.
By that I mean develop healthy daily habits.
Read a book
Do research on important things in the world
Take cold showers
Exercise
Eat healthy
Go to bed on time
Etc and just stay away from all bad habits.
It's not easy to change your bad habits into good ones, but if you truly love yourself or want to love yourself more you WILL do it.
Acknowledge both your pluses and minuses, and don't expect yourself to be the best.

Make it a habit to take care of yourself it could be baby steps that's fine. Self care is self love
It could be anything from a simple bath or go to a spa or even a vacation is self care
Look at good things in your life, you body. There are always things that look good. Try joining a gym , it's amasing how you can get people to help or give mutual advice...
Focus on improving your self esteem and believing in yourself more. Do nice things for others.
Accept your self.
Listen to music.
Accomplish your goals and challenge yourself.
Reach goals, live healthy
Why don't you love yourself more?
Have you considered seeing a therapist? I have been seeing one myself and it has improved my outlook on life. As I am no stranger to psychological problems.
Is she not seeing patients during the pandemic? Mine is still doing in person meetings as well as Skype/Zoom visits.
Would you like to talk to me about it? I am no therapist, but I have to ears to listen; or rather in this instance two eyes to read.
