How can I maintain self-love?

Recently, I've been appreciating and loving myself more. I feel a little more confident especially with a little weight gain. My question is how can I maintain that energy? Some days I feel like I'm not enough and tend to look for flaws in my physical appearance 😭it's hard with social apps and with females nowadays putting the "you gotta look this way or have this figure to be pretty" type of vibe.
How can I maintain self-love?
