I will say that when it comes to my wife and I, we had our first date on the same day we started talking. After the date we spent the night apart and that was the last time we spent any time apart voluntarily. We work the same shift at that same factory, we drive to work together, and our doctors appointments are even spent together as they call us back at the same time. People around us used to bring up the fact they felt it was unhealthy and we have even discussed it ourselves. We have learned that we are literally each others half. Both of us have traumatic pasts that has given us some severe mental issues and we even share several diagnosis. The strange part is that when we are together we each become better people. For instance we both had major drinking problems that had lasted for 20 years when we met. Drinking problems that nobody had ever been able to talk us into giving up or slowing down; not friends, families or even our children could slow our drinking. But one day shortly after we had been living together we both just simply quit drinking without discussing why. When we finally did we discovered that our reasons were the same, because we each saw that the drinking would ruin the relationship between us and we didn't want that. Even more surprisingly is that the mental issues and disorders we were diagnosed with became nearly non-symptomatic without the use of medicine. We are the complete opposite of each other in so many ways and what one of us fails at the other succeeds. Now there is nobody who feels that it is unhealthy for us to be together 24/7 including our doctor. The point is that just as no two people are the same, neither are the relationships. So each and every relationship should be looked at on its own because of those indifference's. If you believe it is unhealthy for them to be stuck together then certainly voice your concerns to them out of love and concern for them. But beyond that you shouldn't interfere unless you feel lack of intervention could lead to bodily harm for either.
This is an interesting question. I mean, if they're really enjoying each other's company a lot I say let that happen as far or as long as it can. Maybe it does seem strange or obssessive to us that they don't really talk to other people or do much else, but if they're actually liking each other enough to spend that much time together then I would look at the better side of it. Eventually they might come around and start breaking away a little to do things more independently or introduce other things into their lives, but I do think in the meantime it's best to just let it be, let it ride out. As I said they actually like each other, which is not common in very many relationships.
The only thing I'm really concerned about is that neither of them are employed.

My partner and I can be clingy with eachother (although we both go through cycles on when we want to be around the other constantly and when we want space) but we balance our time rather well to do other activities without the other or sit together and do different things as well. I always miss him when I dont see him and him me, but we dont mind as the time together is special. We dont live together (well technically we do, but take turns which house) Occasionally I do sleep on the sofa at his because his room is a sauna
Talking from experience, that’s unhealthy as hell.. you get extremely dependent especially if you are introverted, socialising without your partner being around becomes a disaster.. you always want them around etc etc.. I can only see it happening in the early days of the relationship as you both can’t get enough of each other.. but if goes on for too long it makes you codependent and you could possibly end up glossing over some serious issues, ignore red flags and put up with stuff you normally wouldn’t.
Very much depends on the couple. Some couples go through life acting like quasi-Siamese twins, and others insist on having their individual autonomy and "space."
Me and my boyfriend are crazy for each other, he is my best friend and ture soul mate. We can't bare to be part to long or we start to really miss each other. I think it's healthy to comfortable enough to be around each other 24/7 personally. It's a ture test to a relationship to see how long you can stand each other and if it doesn't take much obviously its not meant to be.
Clearly it's good to be around different people and spend time out with friends to have some social life outside of a relationship but me and my boyfriend are clingy as can be and it isn't a issue in are relationship.

me and my boyfriend are the same. And we could do our own stuff in different rooms so it wouldn't really be a problem. It's good to see how compatible we are both physically and mentally.
No. Quite the opposite. If they truly are compatible, then it will make them stronger.
What worries me about your statement is that both are "not working" according to you, and having that lifestyle.
Unless furlowed , they could otherwise be a Bonnie and Clyde bank robbing team, or crack dealers. It does often turn out to be the case when you have couples who are always in one place and never seem to be away for long.
People who put too much time into “love” make little progress in other areas of life. There’s always a tradeoff. People who think they can have everything in life don’t get it tho.
I can’t do it and over time I’ll feel agitated. A guy I was seeing called me from sun up to sun down and wanted to see me almost everyday. I literally almost lost it and it triggered my anxiety which made me feel sick over time. Moments when I think I’m hearing my phone but it’s just me and feeling smothered whenever we’re near because this person just can’t keep their hands off of me. I like my space.
I mean, part of it is definitely due to the current circumstance. Depending on where they live, they might need to do that to obey lockdown recommendations.
Will totally go downhill in not long, but if they only do it for a very short period of time and then go back to having a regular life, it might be fun for them, I don't know. That definitely doesn't work in the long run. Couples that reject everyone else and just live for each other are extremely toxic. That only looks good in the movies
It seems like a good way to become completely dependent on each other which isn't a good thing. You need to be able to function in the world. And not rely on someone else for all your thoughts and opinions. Esp bad for whenever one or both of them start working again. But not much you can do about it, gotta let things run their course...
i wish i was in a relationship like that. It can be healthy or unhealthy just depends on them. It won't be unhealthy for me because there is nothing more better than that to me. Maybe we won't be doing stuff together 24/7 after years and maybe get friends and stuff. But for now that seems like heaven. And i am pretty sure it is for them.
Even for the ones who can be around each other 24/7, they should at least be talking to other people.
Apparently your sister and boyfriend get by with it. I don't see any reason for concern. Maybe they will eventually break up and end up hating each other, but that can happen to any couple.
From my experience I needed her to "work". Have a job. I didn't mind the attention nor need even half paid, just needed to know I wasn't the lone contributor. Like 35-40 hours. Then split stuff like dishes laundry. I didn't have a problem being 1v1 . When both are working see how that fans out. Say that.
early relationships have a honeymoon phase and it is only natural to spend 24/7 together. In a developed relationship partners will usually find something that the other person does that annoys or irritates them. This can lead to arguments and a loss of love/attraction.

Not sure whether it is unhealthy in general. Historically people have been confined in a small space with their family a lot. Think of peasants in cold winters. The family would have been larger than only a couple though and they would probably still have small escapes from each other. My best prediction would be that IF their relationship crashes during or shortly after that "isolation phase" both will crash hard.
I don't think it is - providing they don't bore each other, or do something with their time (the together part doesn't make a difference - unless you need to cheat about something) If they also see no other people AT ALL - you could think of it as prison, or the blue lagoon - it really depends on the amount of worry they carry
I believe that living together all the time seems loving and caring but in the long run both become psycho. Outside world has refreshing effects on us. My wife often advises me to have get together with friends either at our house or somewhere else. She has rightly observed that off and on company with friends leaves healthy impression on me. Nice bubble they have in there... it would be a shame if someone popped it. Though, in all seriousness, they are having a very unhealthy behaviors ( at least from a psychological standpoint ) but do not they will listen to you ( a wild Krugger-Dunning Syndrome appears! ) or anybody else. Essentially their relationship is similar to a couple of leeches feeding each other... sonner or later, one of them is going to run out of blood and everything will go downhill very very very fast.
i think it could be unhealthy it why people need to get out and socialize and have a job so they can have time to them selves. you just hate on each other if yu dont have an outlet.
it's a pretty good stresstest for the long run which actually means living together. that way you can find flaws fast and try to correct them. when I did that I found out my partner wasn't a 100% match which saves me time later
