Is it a bad idea to reach out to an old crush?

I knew this guy since grade school and we seemed to have feelings for each other throughout high school, but nothing ever happened. Now I haven’t talked to him in almost ten years. I’ve always been curious as to why nothing happened between us in high school, and am considering reaching out to him to ask. We are both single so I’m not worried about potentially hurting anyone else involved. Still, is it a bad idea?

Nope. She's very cautious about things like that. It's a good thing too. If I myself ever find a serious relationship, I'd delete all my personal information concerning relationships and children too. It's just safer that way and a good way to leave others at peace who might have an interest in them.
