Sidekicks rice food, is it good for you? or not?

i heard that rice was good for you, and helps you get ride of fat. I was wondering if it was the same with the rice from sidekicks that you get at a grocery store. cause I'm not gonna eat it if its not gonna help me in any way,

Well the best alternative would be brown rice. But rice as a whole, isn't bad for you. Although, it its pure carbs and if its white, refined and has most nutrients taken out of it.

You can eat it. Its not like its an unhealthy food that will cause you to gain excessive weight. I'm just saying brown rice is a healthier alternative.
