My boyfriend threw a metal spoon at me and told me to f**k off you miserable t**t, I know it isn’t exactly abuse but how would you feel about it?

My boyfriend and I haven’t been getting on very well recently. We live together and I just feel that I’m living my life to serve him - but he is so wrapped up in himself, almost narcissistic that he just can’t see anybody else’s point of view apart from his own. Today I was doing all the jobs and he decided he wanted to make something from the left over pumpkin from Halloween, I’ve already told him I don’t like it so I wouldn’t make anything with it. He asked me today “what are we doing with the leftovers?” I said “I don’t know I don’t like it”, “I told you to look up a f*****g recipe!!!” So I shouted back “stop ordering me about I’m sick of it!!!” And then he shouted f**k off and go and live back at yojr mums you miserable t**t!! And threw a metal spoon up the stairs at me. It didn’t hit me, it landed at my feet. But my fear is it could have, and it could have hurt and what If that was something else in his hand? Would he have still thrown it?
