My thought is no. My brother has always been a simp/incel and desperate to find a woman. He used to say he isn't good enough for anyone and "bohoo nobody likes me". Now he is in a relationship with a woman who controls every mive he does, demands he does all the chores, makes dinner and does favors for her. He showers her with gifts and flowers and treats her like a goddess, but I think he does that because he thinks she is the only one he can get. That's not love. They don't even have anything in common. She doesn't even let him play video games or hang alone with his friends. It makes me sick.
