Look - if you were a man, women would probably tell you that you can't break up with her. But let's be honest - it's probably going to happen.
She has to know what's she done to herself. A person doesn't gain that much weight and not realise it. But if you never mentioned it, she might have assumed you're okay with it.
She needs to know how you feel. There might be an underlying medical issue. There might not. She might be depressed. It might be hormonal. But it might also be that she['s comfortable and happy and taking your relationship for granted - which is never a good idea. You should always be making some effort for your SO and it sounds like she has stopped doing that.
If you decide to stick around and try to help her, remember that a gym is good for discipline and toning, but absolute shit at weight loss. You can't out run a bad diet. She needs to watch/change what she eats.
