But yeah, I had a crossword today and the answer to Capital of Portugal was PEE. WTF?

Exactly how was it spelled? Capital means the place/city. Capitol means the capitol building

That is what I assume but I was unable to confirm it on theee interweebs.

I also thought that the last E might refer to exchange or Euro. It seems like a shit clue for a crossword unless the answer has enough other letters in it already due to other answers that cross through it
