Why do you think Portugal has been ciberattacked so much this week?

Vodafone, which has 4 million users, excluding the institutional and companies, was down for hours and days. That affected EMTs, firefighters, you name it.
Germano de Sousa, a medical analysys lab, was also attacked.
There have been others, but I'll cut off here and leave anything else for an update.
