Wow! People can be really cold. In my opinion, if you both had something special maybe she’s not crazy maybe she was really into you. I mean aren’t you supposed to fight for what you want? I understand if you don’t want her back but maybe just sit down and talk to her and tell her straight forward you will never be with her again.
I wouldn't have that issue because I don't have social media, well other than GAG... But no Facebook, insta, Snapchat or anything like that... But I do believe you can block people from those, right?
There is a saying: "It goes like a horse and turns like a dog." this statement is very correct. Ex-lovers do this. He returns not because he loves, but because he is alone. He shouldn't care about someone like that.
I don’t think you realize what stalking is. Though this is extremely unhealthy, not just for you but for her as well. I’d block her and keep her blocked, let her move on from this in quiet.
