So here's the thing, I dislike strong-flavoured foods, anything too spicy and a lot of alcoholic drinks. However, my girlfriend (who is a heavy drinker, into spices, etc). keeps telling me that I need to grow up and stop being so childish every time I don't want to eat/drink anything too strong. The reason for this is I suffer from a few minor health problems, henceforth I do have to be slightly careful regarding what I eat/drink. But I feel my girlfriend's actions are getting a little personal now and is someone really that immature if they're not a heavy drinker? Besides, I wouldn't consider myself childish when most of my friends (over the age of 30) have said I'm the most mature person they've ever met. This speaks volumes considering the people who said that have husbands, kids, etc. I know this isn't anything that's worth overthinking or getting into a huge argument about. It's just that I treat her with nothing but respect, so I would like the same back. How do I approach my girlfriend kindly to tell her that I'm getting irritated by these remarks without getting into a big argument over the situation?

Just tell her to fuck off and to leave you alone... In other words Goodbye.
