Hmmm. Like the Lutece "twins" from Bioshock Infinite? An alternate reality, perhaps? It'd be a Brother/Sister relationship.

I've met friends who we've shared very striking similarities and interests, but usually it's with other guys, as like "brothers." this is fun because we think along the same lines. Strangers assume we're closely related, even though we look nothing alike, because we have a shorthand. And I laugh at the joke before the guy has finished it because I'm thinking the same exact thing.

I haven't had that with many women, though there's one friend outside the family that I jokingly think of as "Bizarro Dave" - If I had been born 10 years earlier, the opposite sex, etc, we'd probably be just practically the same person. I think of her as an older sister. There's a lot we "gel" on. Sometimes it's a bit spooky. I love her as if she's family.

I think that we'd be friends for sure, if not business partners. But of course, it's hard to say, as everyone may have experiences that are different and may react to them differently, so thinks could STILL diverge and we COULD hate each other. But, I'd assume if we were both so similar in personality (I'm pretty easy going and calm overall, so I'd assume I'd get a kick out of having someone that was so similar).

I already have before. She's even the same height as me (181 cm). She's a Twitch streamer and Instagram "influencer," which is why I can post these pics on here. She probably earns six figures or the upper fives. I posted this on a question like this before. The only thing is, she doesn't have my intelligence. But she is extremely happy and recently got engaged to be married. I even put my own face in FaceApp to see what I would look like and it's pretty much her but slightly fatter (this isn't the FaceApp though; these pics are really her.)
