Yes, but abused women do what they have to do to survive. That's the bottom line if they can't escape. If you can escape, then do it. Whatever you have to do, do it because he isn't gonna stop. He belongs in prison. I hope somehow that happens and I hope you can get away and start over.

I mean yea, but I would consider other factors that come into play for the victim for a situation like this. If he beats you, I’m sure you’re afraid of him and if initiates sex right after beating you, you’re still gonna be afraid which means you will allow him to have sex with you but only out of fear that if you don’t, he’ll just beat you again/more. It’s one of those things where I can’t give a straight answer because I’m not in your shoes.
