Is it OK for my boyfriend to google everything about me? and dig deep into my past?

I am a bit more experienced in the dating department, than my boyfriend. he's been with someone for the past 4 years. but I recently found out he googled my name, my nickname, and screen names I use for sites. and apparently there's still things about with me and exes. like photos, or MySpace things, or blogs. and when I tell him "that was before you it doesn't matter" he says "if it doesn't matter then you should tell me." like I'm hiding things from him. I love him with my whole heart but he just digs and digs what should I do?

He sounds very insecure. Tell him his behavior hurts you and his relationship with you. If he keeps being so insecure and not giving you an inch it means his fears are more powerful than his love for you and from my experience you are going to end up feeling terrible.

One thing about chronically insecure people is that they tend to take their fears out on their partner, they can't help it, it's their way to cope with the situation, they let the stronger person shoulder all of the weght and are quite skilled at making the other person feel guilty and always on the defensive.

Ask yourself, are you already changing the way you do things to diffuse insecurity issues with him? Are you becoming more insecure yourself by the day? The whole thing can be very dangerous for your sanity.

I would say no its not. He has some Issues and if I was you and I am not I would leave him right a way could never be happy with someone who digging into my past like that trust issues and Prosiveness going on there.

i love him more than anything. and he makes me happier than anyone I've ever came across. He has major trust issues. No its not okay because he's getting made over little things that happened in the past. You didn't know him, what did he expect you to do? Never talk to any guys at all and wait for him to come into your life? You need to put your foot down and tell him that he needs to start trusting you and stop bringing up things from the past that are no longer relevant or you both need to reevaluate your relationship. A relationship without trust is not a good one at all. If it makes him feel better then sit down with him one night and have him ask you questions about your past, but him going behind your back and playing detective instead of coming to you first definitely needs to be stopped.

also, he only tends to fight with me over text. if we fight he runs away and then texts me. like right now he said I compared our sexlife to my pasts. I mean doesn't every girl and guy? Did you tell him that someone else was better? If you did then that was a mistake to do because guys base 90% of their self esteem in a relationship off of how they perform in bed. So if you tell him that someone else was better then he's going to take it as he's bad. That's one of the things that girls have to lie about sometimes. that's OK. I do that too with my ex. it's not about not trusting you or respecting your privacy. but it's about being with someone and caring about them so you want to know everythhing you can about them
