So In December I kind of messed up, I sent legging pics to a guy for money while I was in a relationship. My boyfriend found out and got very upset (I didn’t think he would’ve gotten as upset as he did). Months later he admits that he is withholding love from me. He hasn’t done anything romantic for me since that incident even though I have done nothing since to break his trust. I feel like at this point it should be forgiven ( obviously not forgotten ) but he admits he purposely doesn’t do romantic things for me.

you've recognized your mistake and haven't done it since. I'm sure he was hurt by that and probably has trust issues now because of it. But it looks like it's holding back the relationship from growing. Once he starts withholding romantic stuff that's really the breaking point. It's either you work on your relationship and he needs to give you a chance to rebuild your trust or its just won't go anywhere. You need to talk to him about it and tell him what you feel. Ask him if he thinks he will ever move past it, if he says no then there's the green light to leave.

I have addressed to him that I noticed he has been withholding from me. You are right though, I should ask him if he will get past it. Yeah you have apologized and have tried to be better, it's in his court now to either be better and move on. It sounds like if he wants to make you happy- he needs to open himself up again and take that chance. Because if he doesn't, no relationship survives without trust.
