My sister won't talk to me because I beat up her boyfriend?

I am 17(m) and my sister is 16(f) she is always in a relationship with some person oe the other. But her current boyfriend is my age from my school and i personally just hate that guy and hold a lot of grudges against him. My sister knows this and says she loves him and i respect the fact that i am no one to stand bw them But i know that she has never been happy since she has started to be with him and one day she asked me to drop her in a park to meet him so i did but i felt she did not want to go but still had no choice So having nothing good to do i followed her to the garden wher her boyfriend was standing with a friend the started arguing slowly getting into a fight when he held her by hee collar and swung her away asking her to get lost. And i was watching from a distance without them knowing So she went away making a face almost like crying and i could not stand there anymore i just went there and smacked that idiot beat him up and his friend tried to stop me but i just beat him till he is on groung and as soon as my sister say this she started crying asking me to go away and apologize and saying that i was wrong to step in and now she won't talk to me and i am not apologizing to that idiot.
