WHAT DID HE MEAN BY THIS STATEMENT?

So I was in a friends with benefits relationship with a friends for a long time but also met another guy whilst I was seeing this friends with benefits.

I now have a bad relationship with the Current guy I’m seeing as he’s very abusive and controlling. We have both agreed we aren’t in an exclusive relationship but a situationship complicated.

I saw my friends with benefits a few days ago and ended up having a big fight with him as he couldn’t understand why i was with the other guy (abusive one) he got mad and said you should leave if u are unhappy but I explained to him I’ve foolishly fell in love with him and having trouble leaving.
my friends with benefits ended up blocking me and my friend asked him why his response was because I’m stupid for being with someone abusing but then my friend told him it’s hard to leave abusive relationships and his response was this

I’ll mention that I am a model and so is the guy I’m seeing and we both party and so on and he probably talks to other girls and obviously I have. A friends with benefits so it’s a toxic situation

If there is abuse there is no love, i'm sorry that you got caught in this relationshit... honestly, i think you should just move on alone and stay single for good until you meet the right one. It's not healthy for you to keep an abusive partner around , that's not love that's toxic.

Well it's obvious that you friends with benefits has feelings for you and the relationship for him isn't as casual as it should be, that's why he's feeling overwhelmed and leaving the situation. He just can't take it anymore.

Guessing that too because I mean if he wasn’t emotionally interested in me why would he get all shitty at me and block me?

I should also mention that before I saw him I had a few drinks and was tipsy and he sort of used that as an excuse to be angry and kick me out but from what I can remeber he was extremely upset about me speaking of this person
