Coworker sends mixed signals?

I have a coworker turned manager who is really talkative. I see her talking to other coworkers occasionally but not all the time. She has talked to me before and always used to walk up and start talking to me. Last week she helped me with some stuff and one time we stood at the registers and had a deep conversation. She told me about her life and what she wanted to do. Now she has stopped. She used to come up to me and ask how I was but now she dosent anymore. When I got my hair straightened after a few weeks of being there she couldn’t stop staring at me and looked like she wanted to talk to me. Once I was in the very back and she came back there and started talking to means looked at me. she’ll always hang out around where I am and come behind me and everything but won’t speak to me. She kept looking at me today but it’s annoying if she barely says more than a sentence to me. It makes me upset because I kind of like her. I am bi myself and we both have boyfriends but I’m sure she is too. The other day there was this annoying customer and after she left with me my coworker pulled down her mask and agreed how annoying she was. She has tattoos down both her forearms and plays softball and I’m pretty sure I’ve seen her buy stuff for pride before. I try not to be attracted to her but I am. There’s this other girl at our job who’s newer than I am and they always talk and it hurts my feelings and makes me jealous. It makes me angry because I wonder why she dosent talk to me anymore. I’m very introverted so I never talk first but she dosent even try with me anymore. I’ve always been kind of the outcast and never had many friends so stuff like this makes me resentful. Does she not talk anymore because I don’t speak first? I really want her and I tried to get over it because of how she treats me and Im just sexually attracted and curious about her but I want a girl to come after me. What should I do? this sucks.
