I am curious, what is your view on true love.
I think people confuse true love with "fairytale" love... And no love/relationship is perfect but when you have someone that commits, will stay true, will compromise, sometimes sacrifice, celebrate your ups in life and be there for you in the downs in life, take care of you when you're sick like you would for them, they fill that place in your heart, mind, and soul that noone else really can, that's true love... It may be a myth for you, but that's what I had with my second hubby, and that's what I miss the most😢
I mean, id love to believe that stuff. But after countless disappointments over and over its kinda hard. Im glad you experienced those lovely things with your significant other.

Not ruled out, just not a priority right now, and too, don't feel I fit with what people consider dating and relationships... I don't do online Dating, I don't want a relationship where most communication is by text... I don't wanna just hook up, I'm old school/old fashioned.. take time to really know someone before jumping into bed together.. Real conversation, real getting together... Not this video/face time relationships people seem to be doing more and more
I know what you mean and I feel the same way to be honest. I often feel like everyone else is moving at five times the speed that I am and nobody is willing to invest the time necessary to actually get to know someone. I have been single for quite a while and have been on probably four dates in the last two years. One was sort of a blind double date with a friend, his girlfriend and her friend. She told me she usually dates rich guys and I said good you seem like that type lol. Anyway I didn't want a second date with any of them and none were one night stands. So that tells you more than you wanted to know about my sex life lol. Pathetic isn't it? Rhetorical question 🤪

My hubby had true love, so yeah I am.. You looking at it as just cuz "you" haven't experienced it, it ain't real.. I haven't experienced having a million dollars, don't mean it don't exist or others haven't, right🤔🤷
I don't believe it exists in my case, so to me it is bullshit, of course a guy that has what women look for will experience something that they think is "true love", all it really is, is a woman selecting the man with the most resources she can get. A million dollars is a quantity people know exists. I find it interesting that the first example you could come up with deals with money. That's female nature at its finest lol
