Bored is too strong a term. After 25 years of marriage we are really comfortable with each other. Sometimes I think maybe too comfortable to the point we take each other for granted.

Take some time for yourself, destress and recharge. Sometimes we just need time for ourselves and we can't be together 24/7.
If that doesn't work, realize that you either are with the wrong person, or committed relationships aren't for you.

If you're bored maybe he is tired of being so interesting, and entertaining because she is boring. Most women i know talk a lot about emotions. If he isn't interested in what you have to say then you would feel bored not having anything entertaining or interesting to express. Stop blaming him and just build some character. It doesn't mean we stop loving or caring for someone and need to move on with life without that person.
It's more of a signal we need to be apart from our partner for a while.

Nope, not really. But I think traveling and new experiences keep things fun and exciting. We do adventurous things on vacation, like rock climb or rappel down a waterfall lol. These were new experiences for both of us, and I think they brought us closer together.
