I don’t rely on people because they might disappoint me but I give people the benefit of the doubt because it’s wrong to treat people like they are evil without evidence that they have behaved in ways that are wrong.

I trust people according to their actions, but I don’t put anything past anyone. Lately I’ve been trying to give people the benefit of the doubt and it’s been a slap in the face some of the times but I’m still trying. The people who do as they say makes it feel worth while to at least try to trust people.

Easily..
I trust them to lie to me.
I trust them to be themselves.
I trust them to tell me half-truths.
To make mistakes, change their minds and think they can get away with misschief..
I trust them so easily because I have hope in humanity despite our bad behaviors. I cannot afford to give up on others before I meet them just as I can't affors to give up on myself.

Everyone has things that they rather keep to themselves.

Not very easily. I've been hurt mentally, physically, and emotionally by people all through my childhood from preschool through 8th grade. I didn't even know what a real friend was until after highschool because i didn't know who i can trust besides my mother. Trust is earned, but will always give a benefit of the doubt at first.

It only took me a few friendships and a single relationship to understand that I shouldn’t trust anyone at all. If you want it, you’ll have to work really hard to earn it.
