Everyone is inconsiderate at some point, there is noone who always puts someone else's every want over their own at all times.

And for the boundaries, how well where they communicated and how early in the relationship where they communicated? Cause I can think of examples where said boundaries could be bullshit deal breakers and should have been said earlier in the relationship instead of wasting time when it clearly wasn't going to work out. I dont have to except every boundary, your boundaries may directly clash with mine so it's better to figure them out sooner than later and just break up if they dont match, even if it's just something like anal sex, if your boundaries say it will never happen we better break up cause my boundaries say its happening.


Sounds like your cousin keeps dating the wrong type of guys, maybe she should learn to settle for less, give up on some of her unrealistic standards and expand her dating pool

Actually there may be a slip ups. Because they say that we put the guys in the friend zone and all the stuff but once I was friends with this guy and he’s ended up sending me a dick pic and I was just kind of thrown off by it because I didn’t think he would do something like that because how good of friends we were but you can’t put it past anybody

Good guys could violate boundaries - as they are very subjective and personalised... if the do not know what they are or they are too restrictive, the could be easily crossed.

Good guys on the whole won't go out of their way to try and belittle their girlfriend, or make them feel small with comments like your cousin's ex.

Your cousin's fiancé sounds like a real jerk, but to answer your question; I think it's more about how he responds to seeing his partner's discomfort. Violating someone's boundaries is easy if you don't know what those boundaries are. If you find out that you've violated those boundaries, a good man will back up to respect them.

A good man will speak on it, but respects boundaries. If she's wearing something inappropriate, he's gonna let her know that she needs to change without yelling. If she's forgetful, like you say, then he'll remind her for a period of time, but he's gonna check her about forgetting stuff. People that are forgetful are not reliable.

No one is perfect and even a nice guy will have moments of being inconsiderate. However, a nice guy will probably apologize for it when it's brought to their attention or even immediately after when they've had a moment to reflect on on their actions. A nice guy also won't do it often and make an earnest attempt to avoid repeating the same mistakes.
