My girlfriend can lift heavier than me, she is trained in bjj and judo, we often wrestle with each other and 90% of the time she wins

I admit that she is stronger than me
And I have become too insecure with my relationship

Can someone help me or tell what to do?

If her being stronger bothers you, you can either accept it or start lifting if you have the time. As for her being able to kick your ass... that's going to take years of training. Martial arts is about skill and leverage. The vast majority of the time, someone who isn't well trained isn't going to be able to beat someone with a black belt, much less multiple black belts, even if they are bigger and stronger than the other person.

I took martial arts. I saw a 5'3" woman, probably around 100 lbs, flip 3 different men twice her size like it was nothing. She was flipping those guys over easier than I can flip a pancake!

There are things we are good at, and some things we aren't. As long as she loves you and you love her, then it shouldn't really be a problem since we have to accept when we're the underdogs.

I can understand you feel a bit insecure in that situation. My girlfriend's sister is a martial arts teacher and even though she is quite a lot smaller than me (the size of my girlfriend) she can easily kick my butt. It's all about skill and being quick and flexible etc. But we all have things we are insecure about so I think you should just accept it.
