Are these signs enough to doubt him? in case yes what shall I do?

So i ve been datin this person for months now we were doing fine at first going on dates and him bringing me gifts whenever he has the chance. As any couple we ofc had arguements and fights but we overcome it and we still have each other's back.. But lately he seems not the usual him. I don't know he started going to gym and seemed always havin something to do. we barely go on dates and if we do he always try to pay less or just wait for me to pay for him (i did that at first and when it became so frequent and felt that he was using me i stopped paying for him i just pay for myself and idc if he eats or not) he never brought money along with him but at the weekends when i talk to him he is like always outside hanging with his friends and go to restaurants too unlike when it comes to me.. i faced him and told him when you go on a date with a girl bring money with you like you don't have to pay for me but pay for yourself at least.. when we walk he seemed always to go infront of me and rushes as if i am his pet following him.. He became hella selfish I don't know why even when we text he always has somethingto do and he leaves in the middle of the conversation.. please tell me what shall i do?
