How to deal with my family situation?

I moved away for a job that will jump start my career. However, I left my (1 year) girlfriend and family behind since my family doesn’t want my girlfriend to go when my career is barely starting and don’t know if it would work out. Also my parents are super religious people. It’s been a struggle dealing with the distance I have in my relationship since she really wants to be together and my family wants her to wait a year to test her love and my job security. My girlfriend wants to come before the year ends or she said she will reconsider things. It’s She has been the best I had from my past relationships but the only problem is my family doesn’t accept her since she doesn’t plan dates that involve my family. My parents think she will separate me from them. She hasn’t done anything like that. We just don’t plan on having our dates with my family.
