Sounds like this is something you’re trying to do for yourself and they aren’t accustomed to. You could try explaining to at least one of your parents why you’re doing this and for how long, because they simply just may not understand. If you do feel like doing that, you could also just wrap the plate of food up and stick it back in the fridge.

I said no. But they alway say I should eat like they dont even consider what I want to do.

Why are you fasting?
To lose weight.
And you’re consuming something, right? I have a buddy who fasts once a week twice a year for the health of his kidneys. He doesn’t eat, but he drinks an abundance of water with lemon juice, honey, and cayenne pepper.

It’s not about “healing” kidneys as much as preventing kidney stones. He gets them frequently and upping his water intake by fasting helps that significantly. I would recommend putting something in your water at minimum. It’s not going to be enough to sustain you, even for just a few days

Lemon juice, some kind of flavoring, something from a food you’re able to tolerate. And I’m assuming you’re fasting for something happening in a week involving photos?
Fasting and crash diets are notoriously unreliable with yo-yo effects so I’m assuming this isn’t something you plan to do long-term

I heard coconut water is best when fasting its natural electrolytes but then again I just drink mineral water and eat a pinch of salt if Im dizzy. I wouldn't drink a salt water because that would destroy my kidneys lol
I would switch fully to coconut water. Mineral water is not sustainable, and again — this has a yo-you effect. Any weight you lose will come back, likely with some extra pounds
Actually after fasting for 7 days I will do omad and intermittent fasting like 23 hours fast 1 hour eating and walking 10k steps everyday

I'm 5'3" currently at 57 kg and my goal is 50 kgs to remain 50 kgs lol I noticed I look better when Im skinny but I have a nice ass when Im bit curvy lol
