I would not want them living with someone of the opposite gender at all.

I would be okay with that arrangement, so long as the roommate isn't hetero.

I would care as gay men can still have sex with women.

I'm glad so many said they would trust them. I have a gay friend who moved in after his last breakup, he will be leaving soon already has a lease on a new place. Just friends, helping him out but there is no way in my place (kind of small) that we don't see each other getting dressed and stuff.

He has been paying rent to me too, thousand dollars a month which is great.

I’m a landlord, I own my home and I rent out a couple of bedrooms.


There is a female in the house renting a room from me and my ex girlfriend I just broke up with was worried at times and it annoyed me.


If someone wants to cheat, this will only make it easier. A cheater won’t stop at nothing and I wasn’t cheating.


You either trust them and stay with them and if you don’t trust them leave them.

I've actually known someone who did this. It can never work without other things coming into play. She lived with a guy friend but got curious and they hooked up. Anything can trigger this, alcohol, a bad day, it's risky for both and riskier for people wanting to be in a relationship with either.

I think that people that move in together, like their married before they are married... when things get rough, one of them and just leave, rather than stay and work it out.

Its better to wait until married to move in together.

I am okay with sleep overs. Having someone around all the time can be rough until things are more established and strengthened.

Yeah my family was very traditional Catholic. I think my dad's family was a little hornier, but my mom's side, my cousin is the only one I know of who lost it before marriage, and it was kind of sleazy, if you know what I mean.
My mom used to get annoyed when I told her I don't want to wait til marriage. But I think sex is very important and you should know how they are in bed. Plus I want her to have a high sex drive, and not just feel obligated.
