What do I do when everyone around me is getting married or having kids?

I am 27 and never had a real girlfriend. I only want a woman without a romantic past, meaning no previous first love or boyfriend, especially from her youth.

I am feeling left out and alone, largely due to most of my peers getting married and/or having kids. The peers I have known that are single are dwindling. Even my church young adult group consists of mostly married couples.

I dread the day my younger sister gets serious with someone and married, because she would beat me to getting married and I will definitely feel left out.

Lots of people get married way later in their 30s anyway, just spend you 20s building yourself up and getting ready for that person that’s meant for you. You gotta actively work on yourself and pursue that person you’re looking for tho, can’t expect them to just pop out of nowhere

Find your own path, marriage at a young age a lot of times doesn't work.
Need to experience life before you make any serious life decisions like this.

That’s a really small pool of people…. Most are under 18…. Why are you so worried about people with a “romantic past”?

I have reasons I have evaluated for many years that are too lengthy to explain here. But essentially, I am wanting me and a woman to be each other's first loves.

Finding someone without a first love will be pretty hard…. I’d think the best place to start is by changing your church because that’s the only place you could reliably find people who haven’t dated before and are older than 18.

Having kids isn't what society makes it out to be. It ruins your life.
