Is it appropriate for your boyfriend to talk about problems to another woman? For someone reason he didn't think it was a problem but it hurt me that he told her all about my insecurities and my jealousy when talks to other women. I only questioned him when he would text women that he called friends that I didn't know and also downloaded pictures of other women on his phone. I guess it wouldn't have been as bad if he wouldn't have made fun of my body. What should I do?

Talking to others, especially if you are close to them, which you can be close to someone but not romantically interested in them, is not all that unusual.
One of my partners at the station is female, we talk about a lot of stuff.
You tend to get pretty close to others doing what we do, so we start out talking about our cats, and it usually morphs into something our spouces do or did.
That said, having pictures of other women on his phone, unless it is family, that is a big no.
My wife can see my phone any time, it is never locked, and neither is her.
I don't go through hers, and have no clue if she has gone through mine.
Not sure if that is a sign of anything, but it just doesn't seem right.

Can of course be helpful to get a third party perspective on things sometimes cause they wouldn't be emotionally invested like the people who deal with the problem. Although he should never make fun of your body, that's pointlessly cruel. A bit sketchy to download picture of other women too, certainly if he knows them.

Yes problems between us two. He told this person all about me getting jealous when he talks to her and also my insecurities and I was hurt by this.
