What to do? Did I deserve it?

To resume it, cheated on girlfriend with an another girl that my girlfriend hated and they had a previous rivalry, was gonna tell her but she ended up finding out before, when I was with her she had prepared her 2 brothers and they entered, caught me by my hands and back and girlfriend slapped me so many timed, kicked me in the balls a good 10 times maybe, then also squeezed my balls and I fell on the ground and the guys shoved me to the ground.
My balls are so sore, I wanna sue or maybe even just see a doctor to make sure everything is fine down there, but its so embarrassing.
Been 2 days, still really sore, but don't know if damage or just because its 10 kicks. She's quite small so maybe she didn't cause damage?
What do you recommend?
Also had to find excuses at the job for why my face was red and a black eye (one of the guys punched me when I was trying to escape)
Also lost my girlfriend but I might be hooking out with the other girl instead, get her back
Advice on all of this?
