Why doesn’t my boyfriend want me talking to his brother or adding his sister on social media?

My boyfriend lets me sleep over at his place and he’s told me he loves me and has introduced me as his girlfriend to everyone and had introduced me to his friends... he’s ok with me talking to his male friends but gets mad and insists that I don’t talk to his brother at all... not even a hello... he also told me of a time when his brother stole a girl from him but that was a long time ago... his bro is married with kids now... he also told me not to add his sister cuz she’s all drama and takes everything seriously...

is he scared of if his brother causing trouble and possibly cheating on his wife?
Or is my boyfriend not serious about me?

(I have met his family very briefly at a bday party I was invited to by his brother)
He doesn’t want trouble/ meddling
He isn’t serious about me

His brother mass messages me like as if he has nothing else to do... he’s a married guy with kids
