Night kills! What I need to do?

I can't stop thinking about my ex at night. I know there is no chance to be again together but I just can't. Any idea?

How long ago did you guys break up? For me I would get something that smelled like him and just cry. I am religious and listened to "Oceans", it made me feel like it would be okay

I used to get myself busy all the time. But when the night comes especially when I go to bed I can't sleep thinking about her even if I feel tired.
