this guy i used to talk to went into my page and unhid from his stories so that i can watch them even though i dont follow him. isn’t that weird aha. like why not just follow me while your at it. i found out because profile pic was glowing in my dm’s

He probably likes you and doesn't want you to know. At least that's what I think might be what's going on here.

The question is, do you have an interest in him? Maybe you can DM him and talk to him more about random things. Develop a relationship with him, whether that be platonic or romantic.
