my boyfriend and i were having sex and as my back is turned he says that he is recording and asks me if he could record. Seconds later he then says "you know im recording you right" When we got done I noticed that his phone was across the room on the table from where we had sex? Its the only thing in his house that i believe he would record with. He obviously wasn't recording.

He could have had a hidden camera somewhere. He could have been testing your reactions to the idea of being recorded as well. Either way, check for hidden devices in his home and have a discussion about your feelings. Be honest. If you aren't comfortable being recorded during sex, tell him that. If he can't respect your feelings, ditch him and find a new man who will respect you.

I wouldn't allow this. The fact he never asked you first if it was okay to record anything. I'm sorry but he is a creep and that's kind of illgel. Also depending on how long you have been together, you have no way of knowing if he won't upload the video to the whole wide Web.

It could just be some confusion / misunderstanding. The darker interpretation is that he's been recording you on some hidden device, and now has a record of his telling you he is recording. (otherwise its quite illegal).

Are you OK with being recorded? Are you OK with the risk of it ending up on a porn site? (entirely your decision)
