Is it normal to seek for a father figure in older men like seek hugs and kisses from a guy and that daddy relationship if never had a dad if married to someone else who can't fulfill that role?

To me, that sounds suspect at best. I wouldn't marry the kind of woman described in this question. Anybody who wishes to marry out of the desire for a parent figure needs to be with his/her parents and not in a (marriage) relationship. Ultimately, I want a partner, not a project.

then have a sit down discussion with him one night and discuss why you think he should do the daddy role, and how u think it will benefit you and make you happy, and explain your thoughts how u been wanting a dad for a long time and u are unhappy cos u never had one, and ask him to at least try, see how he responds
