I can't tell you when but I will give you reasons why not to and how to make yourself safer in such situations

The current economy makes things difficult for people to have marriages and to move in Plus laws in most States make it very dangerous to marry someone or to move in with them because if you break up with them they get to take your stuff and this is especially true for men because a lot of these laws are geared towards women so yeah it gets very difficult for a man to entertain the idea of moving in with their partner and it can easily take years to gain the type of trust that you would need to say I am willing to risk losing half of everything I own possibly even more than that to someone who I may or may not have a long-term relationship with

In these cases you would want contractual obligations or at least a backup plan

If your end goal is to make money off of him then you probably don't want to do the contracts and backup plans but if you're into goal is legitimately just have a long lasting relationship then yeah that's probably the best route to go down also before you get married you always want to have a long discussion about prenup or no prenup and things like that because the law is painful
