You should NEVER "give up" your friends for your partner.. unless, of course, the friends are toxic. Why can't you have friends and a girlfriend? If your girlfriend does not like the fact that you have friends, you should seriously consider dumping her. If you guys are not spending enough quality time together, I'd suggest you work out a balance between both your girlfriend and your friends.

Instead of going one way or another meet in the middle & I say don’t give up your friends, don’t give up your girlfriend & stay with her. On days when she is with her friends you go hangout with your friends & days when both of you are together that will be your special day.
