When you’re constantly thinking about someone, does it means they’re thinking about you?

There’s this guy that asked me out on a date and I said that I’m not interested then he tried to message me couple of times to ask me out again because he said he likes me too much and thinks that I’m the one
So the thing is I’ve been thinking about him often since then and as I said I’m 100% not interested in him and he’s not my type, so why am I thinking about him? He message me here and there and I’m still not interested but I can’t get him out of my head? Is it because he’s the one who’s thinking about me?

As a study in Psychology have prooved that if you are thinking about someone regularly then chances are same person is Also thinking about you.

Yeah it do make sense.. See i personally think there are only 2 reasons when someone can think about you
1. Either they hate a hell out of you
2. Either they love you a lot but can't tell you.

No. We aren't connected by antenna or fate or anything. You think about people for any number of reasons, and others think about you for a various reasons too. The when and what not will vary.

I agree but like why would I be thinking of him if I’m not interested? He’s the one who’s convinced that I’m the one not the other way around

Maybe its because it made you uncomfortable, or you like it when people take interest in you, doesn't mean you want to be with him (only you would know) but positive attention is interesting to say the least.

Every person has distinct feelings, interests and preference about others. A guy thinks about you, but you may have a pic of other guy in mind. It should be a free choice.
